When your order is ready, you will receive an email from us with which you can pick up the order.
Dispatch
If your order is placed on working days before 12 am, it will be shipped the same day.
Standard packages are sent with TNT/Fedex. The delivery time to an address in Belgium, the Netherlands, France or Germany is 1-2 working days.
Large and/or heavy packages are sent with Mainfreight. For this, the delivery time to an address in Belgium, the Netherlands, France or Germany is 2-4 working days.
Belgium
Orders from €250.00 ex. VAT are shipped free of charge to an address in Belgium, with the exception of packages with extreme dimensions and/or weight.
Orders under €250,00 ex. VAT will be a fixed shipping cost of €12.50 ex. VAT charged in Belgium.
